Every year we organize different cooking courses, aiming at penetrating the heart of the culture and taste of Tuscany.
The cooking course is taught by our chef.
The course can be structured into two ways:
 1. 5 day course/ 3 hours a day. Every day will be made typical dishes (e.g. first day: appetizers and starters, second day: main courses, third day: soups, forth day meat or fish, fifth day: dessert)
 2. Full immersion in the kitchen with our chef and his staff to prepare the menu of the day.

The wine-tasting course is directed by our oenologist Claudio Gori and it is held by a professional sommelier.

The course is structured in two levels:

- Base level: “wine tasting techniques”: wine characteristics, wine maturation and ageing, wine yards for DOC and DOCG wines

- Advanced level: “technique of the association wine-food”: wine and food sensorial analysis, practice of different wine-food coupling

The course can be conducted in two ways , depending on the chosen stay at Montebelli:

1. Weekly: 2 hours a day for 5 consecutive days
 2. Weekend : 3 hours a day for 2 days
The cost of the course is provided on request (info@montebelli.com).
Furthermore, once a week, the Montebelli staff organizes a tasting session of the farm products, in order to better appreciate and describe others the products’ characteristics.
